Equus and Overture-A Fundraising Event for The Idaho Horse Park Foundation

Equus and Overture is a one-of-a-kind event that pairs live orchestral music performed by members of the Boise Philharmonic with various equestrian performances. The performances span a wide variety of equine disciplines and feature some of the most talented horsemen and horsewomen in our region.

The evening event will include dinner, a cash bar, complimentary wine, and commemorative glasses. Seating can be purchased as individual seats or as tables of eight.

This biennial event is the main fundraising event for the Idaho Horse Park Foundation. This foundation was developed to honor the long and important history that the horse and livestock industry has in Idaho. We believe that providing a unique venue for horse events honors that history, and helps ensure the future of the horse industry. Additionally, the horse park is an important contributor to the local economy, with economic impact studies showing that horse park attendees contribute millions of dollars back into our city and the surrounding area.

We believe that there is still great potential for growth for the park, and this event provides a unique opportunity for community members and passionate horse lovers to support the horse park and the city of Nampa by providing resources to help the park grow and meet its full potential.

Our fundraising goal with this event is to help fund the development of additional RV sites on the Idaho Horse Park property. This is a much-needed amenity that will allow us to meet the current needs of the horse show attendees, as well as increase the park’s marketability allowing it to attract more and larger shows to our area.

This evening will delight horse lovers, symphony lovers, and anyone looking to experience a completely unique entertainment opportunity. Purchasing tickets will help support a local gem and ensure that the Idaho Horse Park will continue to be able to contribute to our local economy.
